Telephone and Court Records going to privatized East India Firms
Our Government temporary removes the 4th Amendment just on the heels of the 9/11 Convestion in Chicago Illinois which will begin on Jume 2nd. 2006 which is the same date of the New Policing Force entering into Chicago.
Can this mean that they will go after the Whistle Blowers within this convention and what are they looking for in this? They are going into INTERNET, TELEPHONE Records and it seems that there is something that someone has they need to get rid of what is it? Will it cause a major concern for the safety of those going to the convention?

My name is D'Anne Burley and I am a talk show host of Talk Radio Truthradio.com Mon - Fri 6 pm central time found on the internet and also RBNLIVE Republic Radio Saturday on 10pm-12am.
My father was Dan Burley a Black journalist and civil rights leader who was the hub of the Black press via many of the columns he had wrote and managed/edited across the united states from the 1930’ and until his death in 1962. Jet Magazine, Sepia, Amsterdam News NYC and Mohammad Speaks whereby he was activity involved within via White house administrations going from President Roosevelt to John Kennedy with whom he had supported within news paper campaigns within the black press.
I am outraged to the blatant, corruption, and lack of ability this nation has to overcome and or stop a internal take over by “People” who have outside agendas conflicted business relationships and hidden foreign ties whereby within these ties they are involved in treason acts without any regard for the office they allegedly hold as a result of a second term which is again illegal because they “WERE NOT ELECTED” by placed into office under Supreme Court Rule which was again against the Constitution so therefore how can someone run on a second term when in effect there was NO FIRST TERM because they were appointed and again this is not our nations procedure of election.
Whereas the same people whom are Illegal in the Whitehouse in full view of the voters then use they’re clouted office of extreme power to take down this country from inside via the abuse of “Executive Powers”. Which within the constitution is limited so that there will not be issues of these types later within this countries highest office.
But because the seemingly lack of understanding of our rights the general public is allowing to go on without merit and or right for them to do any of this and many who are reading this know this as “FACT” and they too are unable to remove this corruption because they can not understand now the people hold the real power in all this.
As a close friend of Sherman Skolnick and a former Circuit Court Employee who before and after had worked within a number of Law firms, Fortune 100 Corporations and as a area activist/Investigative Journalist I am outraged to the fact that this country has had no arm of Government which is involved/active and or able to stop the out right corruption which is being manufactured from within the White House via executive powers of the President.
The suspension of the 4th Amendment is illegal and again are policies thus violating the civil rights of Americans. Many people died over making this a free country and to see they’re deaths as being useless due to the people today not having the ability to fight back legally because they have invaded the Judicial system to the level as to having Organized criminals grow from inside of the government unseen whereby many of them are related to true criminals all within a new level of organized crimes now being allowed by them removing the laws to protect the people from this type of turnery.
So now without any merit and or right to do this suspension the President takes away our rights again. And again why is he involved with suspending the 4th Amendment? And why are they involved in moving court records all on them into India from storage? Could this attack against our rights be due to the fact that they’re involved in making sure that no original documents available to used against them?
Within the Office of the President there is open violation of our constitution without any merit to do so. We are not in war therefore they are outright abuse to our Civil Rights whereby the People are not given any measure to fight back.
The rights of the People from illegal search removed because of this suspension, which is currently being used by policing agencies all over the united states, whereby as part of these unlawful acts being committed by the highest office of the land. The President was not hired to change the law but to uphold it, the President was hired to serve and was not hired to deceive the people using the power he has like Nero!
You see many of the court require original documents and if the court records are in India what the possibility and the original documents being loss and or destroyed! The clerks working on the documents in India are getting paid $27.00 per hour.
They are removing the rights to free calls for those arrested in Illinois and across the United States by forcing prisoners to purchased Sheriff and or Police Office tied debt phone cards whereby the victims of arrest can not call out if they have no money and receive no calls from relations and or attorneys.
They are using laws like “Obstruction of Justice” as a measure to search cars on the roads and highways in order for them to test the removal of 4th amendment whereas they are using this to impose larger fines and violate more and more civil rights of Americans which is again an abuse of due process of law.
Now they want phone records, records from our homes because they are attempting to hide and remove just like how within the movie “The List of Adrian Messenger” Kirk Douglas Sr. killed person after person to cover-up things before he run for political office accept in this case they are killing robbing stealing and getting rid of whistle blowers because they know once the public can find out the way to legally removed them they do not want any evidence period!
The office of the White house has become a circus of crimes who are fearful of information that has been gathered against them, they are looking for terrorist because they are the very terrorist that they made this country fearful of.
Now they can spy on everyone and cover-up more and more criminal activities with no regards to the Constitution because “We the People are not Marching in the Millions protesting this issue. The Mexicans hit the street for rights in the millions and they won!
It seems the Mexicans are smart here huh not us? They are not legally here but they bought they’re issue to the streets and got heard! We on the other hand talk within small groups and then they continue to mock us because we are not together on nothing because we are either into the issue of parties and or about race, class etc!
We are the alleged citizens but then every people within any other country other than the people of the US have rights under our flag why?
Without unity to do the same as those who are illegally here from Mexico he have allowed a illegally elected President who ran for a second term which was illegal to take away are constitution this is outrageous!
First they come for the 4th next they will take away all the constitution in a blink! Just like the Nazis did and whereby they was no judicial system at all until the Judgment day of Nuremberg! After the war what happened the slaughter of millions and millions of Jews, Serbians and Gypsies. Then are we the next JEWS OF THE MILLENIUM.
The Juwes are the men to be blame for nothing because they as well acted too late!
So should we march onto the streets like those of Mexican did because we are Americans who are indeed involved in OUR COUNTRY or just sit back and view the nightmare!
